ESTO Group is a union of Russian companies specializing in development, manufacturing, modernization, selling and maintenance of special technological equipment.

• «ESTO-Vacuum» JSC – development and manufacturing of automatic vacuum equipment for magnetron, thermal and ion-beam evaporation, plasma etching, plasma-assisted sedimentation.
• «ESTO» SEI (innovation company) – a resident of free economic zone «Zelenograd», it is founded to develop new laser and vacuum technologies, to create the new model of equipment, to straightening links and mechanisms which stimulates innovation development of domestic electronic mechanical engineering.
