Product management at PROVAC established
Date: 13 May 2008We see a continues increase in the activities around our vacuum coating systems. To be able to meet the requirements of our vacuum technology customers more efficiently PROVAC AG established a new product management in December 2007.
Mr. Marcel Kessler is now responsible for the Product Management and the Sales Support for all PROVAC products. Working in close relationship with the customers and via the Ricmar Sales & Service organization and their representatives he is responsible for all technical and adminsitrative issues which also includes quotations and price negotiations.
“Due to the stable growth and new organization structures of PROVAC AG it was very important for us to provide qualified contacts for our customers regarding product- and project management. We are glad, that Mr. Marcel Kessler has taken over the management of this division and has already established appropriate structures.” says Markus Thamm, President, Ricmar Sales & Service GmbH. The PROVAC customers benefit from qualified support and optimal problem solution, since it is now possible to take care of specific customer requirements faster and without any delay.
