Ricmar Group Sales Meeting & Training - positive forecast for 2010
Date: 13 Jan 2010Just before Christmas the international Ricmar sales meeting and training took place from 14th-18th of December. The international sales team met in Kramsach/Austria for two days to discuss product strategies for 2010. 16-17 December specific technical training upon Vaccuum Coating Systems took place at PROVAC in Balzers/Liechtenstein and 17-18 December upon Defect Inspection at NanoPhotonics AG in Mainz/Germany.
The main topics of the meeting were to reflect the last difficult fiscal year and focus on new product strategies for the specific markets worldwide. New at Ricmar Technology for 2010 will be the direct communication between the sales team and the Ricmar product management for Micro Part Handling & Sorting, Laser Based Systems and Wafer/Panel Handling to shorten response time. The customer support will be strengthened by an additional employee in pre-sales support.
At the end of December and January 2010 order placements from main customers in Asia and Europe could be booked which approves the positive forecast for 2010.
